Samagri :
- Karele 250gm
- Pyaj 3-4
- Tomato 2 medium size
- Mirchi powder 1 tbs
- Haldi powder 1/4 tbs
- Namak swadanusar
Vidhi :
- Karele ko dhokar barik kat le
- Kate karele me 2tbs namak dalkar 30 min ke liye chod de
- 30 min bad karele me se namak ka pani nichodkar nikal le
- Kadhai me oil garam karake usame karale dale
- Karele ka colour change hone tak (halaka brown hone tak ) chalate rahiye
- Karele halke brown hone ke bad usame barik kate pyaj dale
- Pyaj soft hone ke bad usame sare masale(haldi,mirch powder,namak) dale
- Usake bad barik kate tomato dalkar pakane de
- Pasand ho to thoda emali ka pani dal sakate hai
- Last me hara dhaniya dale
Karele ki Sabji tayar.... es tarike se banai gayi sabji kadavi nahi lagegi.....
Karele ki sabji Roti, chaval ya paratho ke sath parose .....
